Postage and Shipping
Items are original, handmade artworks or made to order so please allow me the time to make them. For ready made items I aim to send your order within 2-3 working days. At peak times such as Christmas the lead time may be longer. If your order is time sensitive, please let me know as soon as you place the order and I will do my best to get your order sent straight away. For custom orders lead times will vary, please email ASTRLFIBRES@GMAIL.COM for clarity.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently I have shipping zones set up for outside of the UK: to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Canada. I love that international customers visit my online store and I will try to accommodate you as best I can. Contact ASTRLFIBRES@GMAIL.COM if your shipping zone is not available. Tracking is only available to UK borders only and I cannot be held responsible for goods from this point onwards. If you require delivery with full tracking, please get in contact ASTRLFIBRES@GMAIL.COM and I can provide you with a quote to send your order via courier. Likewise I strongly recommend sending your order via courier if you need your package to arrive in a time sensitive manner. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. Royal Mail Signed & Tracked or Signed For, while an affordable method, may vary in transit time and reliability depending on your own country's postal system. Please note: Shipments to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and tax. ASTRL FIBRES is not responsible for any extra fees incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you and may hinder the arrival of your item or incur an additional cost.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot be held responsible for and delays in delivery due to customs. Please note that all orders are shipped from the Northern Ireland, UK with Delivery Duty Unpaid and international orders may have customs or import duties applied before you can collect your parcel.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If any item arrives damaged please contact me ASTRLFIBRES@GMAIL.COM within 7 days and I will process a claim and/or replacement. The Royal Mail usually requires an inspection in the event of damages so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. You may be contacted by a member of the Royal Mail as part of their insurance process. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to me. ASTRL FIBRES must be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or I cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If your item does not arrive within 21 business days of your dispatch notice and you have not received correspondence from us informing you of a delay in delivery please contact me ASTRLFIBRES@GMAIL.COM
INSURANCE
Please note that any item sent via Royal Mail UK Tracked will be insured for loss or damage up to £75. We cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss in transport for goods above the value of £75 without Royal Mail Special Delivery.
If you would like to add insurance to your order for your extra peace of mind, please let me know and I will arrange. You will be charged accordingly.
GPSR LABELLING
In compliance with GPSR all sales to EU countries will receive product safety information with their order. Batch Numbers will be specified on each product listing.
