{"product_id":"origami-gift-box-workshop","title":"Generosity: The Origami Gift Box Workshop","description":"\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThis workshop is my invitation to find the joy in making things; a moment to pause and practice generosity through the crafting of 2 beautiful, heirloom gift boxes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eYou'll begin by learning an origami technique using 300gsm card to construct two boxes with lids (one approximately 11cm x 5cm, the other 9cm x 4cm) sturdy enough to be given, received, and used again and again. From there we will layer in surface pattern using a selection of coloured card and decorative paper, along with stamping, pens and coloured pencils. The final touches will be to create delicate ruffs and bows with simplified passementerie techniques from a selection of yarns, paper and decorative ribbon.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eI will guide you through the technique, but the choices of colour, pattern and finish are entirely your own.
